When we found ourselves having to move for the 3rd time in 3 years, it was daunting to think about the selling process again. After unsuccessfully listing with a different agent, we found Lea and were immediately impressed. Not only was she knowledgeable and personable, but she allowed us to be as involved in the process as we wanted to be. To future home buyers,

Purchasing a new home, although exciting, can be a very stressful time. I recently sold a home and purchased a home and it was very emotional and stressful, however I had fantastic support with my realtor, and now friend, Lea Troup. Lea truly performed above and beyond my expectations. Whenever I was worried or scared Lea was always there to reassure me that everything would work out. If she called me with good news she always shared in my happiness, if she called with bad news she always had a solution at the ready. Lea was constantly putting me at ease and making the situation right. Lea is an aggressive and efficient real estate agent and she doesnīt stop until she gets the job done. I donīt think I would have made it through this process without her support.

To add to Leaīs character, three weeks after we moved into our dream home, and in the middle of an extreme heat wave, we were experiencing problems with our Air Conditioning. A service call was placed and neither my husband nor I could be there to let the technician in. Lea offered to be there to let him for us, and she waited while he located and fixed the problem. Dear Lea: 

It has been five months since Debra and I moved in our new home and we wanted to thank you for all of your assistance in helping to bring our dream to fruition.

We were reflecting on how patient, knowledgeable, and understanding you were with us. We remember our first meeting with you when we got lost, being non-Pennsylvania residents, trying to find your office the first time. In spite of our being late, you waited for us and were very gracious when you met with us. You had mapped out a plan for the day based on our earlier discussions of the type and price of home, and desired neighborhood we were looking for. Although it took several excursions before we found the "right house and location" for us, you remained unwearied and congenial during the process.

Your assistance was invaluable during the closing process as well as the search. You ensured that all the contracts and other needed documents were completed in a timely and efficient manner with us. You were present during the closing and followed up with us after we moved in to ensure that everything was all right.

My husband and I were searching for a house for about a year. We had a daughter and another baby on the way. So we really needed to move quickly. We began our search when our daughter was about six months old. My husband and I went through about five realtors and had no luck with any of them. Someone recommended that we try calling Prudential and asking for a women name Lea Troup. So we decided to go ahead and give her a call. From the first phone conversation with Lea we knew she was different than the other realtors. She let us know yes I work nights and on weekends and I will try my best to be available when you need me. And she stayed true to her word. She would email us a couple of houses and make the appointments around our schedule. Lea helped us in our search for about five months and she made time for us every time we called her. Then finally we found our new home. This house is just right for us; the space is great, nice neighborhood, and we really enjoy living here. We would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home. She makes you feel like you are the only client she has because she always makes time for you.
