About me

I'm a member of the National, Pennsylvania, and Montgomery County Associations of REALTORS®.  I have earned my e-PRO designation and my ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation as well. Real Estate is a second career for me and I feel like I've found what I was meant to do. I still get a thrill doing my job and never find it boring. I enjoy working with first-time home buyers as much as I enjoy the satisfaction that comes in selling a client's million dollar home.

My husband, Tom, is as understanding as they come. He works for Cisco Systems as a territory account rep selling network electronics and puts in as many hours or more than I do a day. We have three daughters, ages 32, 25, 23 and one son, age 19. In addition, we have 2 dogs, Jax, our golden retriever mix (the gentle giant) and Ruby, our rescue dog of tree years (all around alpha dog & queen of the house)!

When I find a little time, I enjoy gardening, making beaded jewelry with sterling silver, semi-precious stones, Swarovski crystal & lampwork beads and I love to read. As a family we enjoy watching movies, traveling, and biking. I've been a resident of Lower Providence Township since 1984.

In my experience as an Audubon Real Estate professional, I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to my client's needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, being a bit of a technology nut, I've found that the latest technologies enable me to do everything I've always done, only more quickly and effectively.

Our middle daughter Holly, the only one of our gang to follow in my husband and my footsteps by going into sales, graduated in 2007 from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing. In Spring of 2008, Holly passed the Real Estate Exam and works with me part time. She settled her first home sale within a couple of months and is has now had multiple sales. She has a full time job too, in her chosen field, doing inside sales for tool distributor, Techni-Tool. Holly is embracing the benefits of this buyer's market we are in. She bought her first home in 2009 and took advantage of the First-time Home Buyer's Tax Credit that went into effect February 2009. If you have questions about purchasing or listing a home, call Holly.
